Terms and conditions

1. General provisions
1.1 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as you must use ReadyCashCard in accordance with the terms of this document. These Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between you and you.
1.2 Your ReadyCashCard is issued and operated by RCC Payment Systems LTD, headquartered in Mete Adanır Caddesi Girne, TRNC. (Company Registration No:).
1.3 By purchasing or using ReadyCashCard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 If we deem reasonably necessary, we may amend these Terms and Conditions. In this case, we make a notification 1 month before the changes take effect. All notifications and changes are published on www.readycashcard.com ("Website"). If you do not object to these notices and changes within 1 month of their publication on the Website, it is assumed that you approve these changes and the related changes constitute a valid part of the agreement between you and us. In the event that such a change has a negative effect on you, you reserve the right to terminate the contract between us immediately. For more detailed information, please consult Chapter 6 (Termination). In the presence of these conditions, no Balance Return Fee will be requested from you.
1.5 Point of Sale Dealers (see section 3 below) When purchasing a ReadyCashCard, you are given a copy of our Terms and Conditions. You can download and review these Terms and Conditions from our Website at any time.
2.1. You will not be charged for checking balance and account information on the Website. However, the fees below apply:
2.1.1 Balance Update / Transaction Records as mentioned in Articles 4.7 and 4.8: FREE
2.1.2 Reorganization of ReadyCashCard as stated in clause 8.6: FREE
2.1.3 Balance Return Fee in accordance with Section 5: 10 TL (including 18% VAT)
The Balance Return Fee is charged directly from your ReadyCashCard's balance.
2.1.4 Monthly Service Fee: FREE for 12 months after purchase, then 5 TL per month (including 18% VAT).
This fee is charged directly from your ReadyCashCard balance.
2.1.5 Exchange rate surcharge according to clause 7.2: 4% and 6% of the trading volume respectively.
2.2. If it is decided to apply a new tariff or increase any fees, this change will be published on the Website at least 1 month before it enters into force. In this case, you have the right to appeal within 1 month and terminate the contract between us immediately. For more detailed information, please consult Chapter 6 (Termination). In the presence of these conditions, no Balance Return Fee will be requested from you. If you do not object to these changes within 1 month of their publication on the Website, it is assumed that you approve these changes and constitute a valid part of the agreement between you and us.
3. ReadyCashCard Purchase
3.1 We have contact with certain Sales Points (“Dealer”) where you can buy ReadyCashCard. You can find the nearest Dealer information on the Website.
3.2 You can only buy the ReadyCashCard from the Dealers ("Card Value") upon payment of the amount loaded on it.
3.3 Each ReadyCashCard has a Personal Identification Number ("card number"). When you buy ReadyCashCard, Dealers will send you the card number in electronic format, along with other information, and you should print this document for storage purposes. Each ReadyCashCard is valid for an indefinite period, starting from the date of purchase. The contract between you and us is also indefinite.
4. Using ReadyCashCard
4.1 You can use ReadyCashCard with online vendors and service providers (“Online Stores”) that accept payment as a means of payment. If you have a ReadyCashCard, you can use it to purchase products and services from these Online Stores.
4.2 You can use your ReadyCashCard as often as you like to purchase products and services of Card Value.
4.3 When making a payment with your ReadyCashCard, you are asked to enter the card number of your ReadyCashCard.
4.4 As soon as you enter your card number, you irrevocably authorize the Online Store for the immediate collection of the relevant product / service charge from your ReadyCashCard balance. At the same time, you have irrevocably authorized us to process the collection of your price from your ReadyCashCard and make the payment to the Online Store.
4.5 ReadyCashCard is transferable; that is, you can give your ReadyCashCard to another person to use it in an Online Store.
4.6 Resale of ReadyCashCard for commercial purposes is prohibited.
4.7 You can check your ReadyCashCard balance at any time on the Website.
4.8 You can check the transaction history of each ReadyCashCard at any time on the Website.
4.9 Should you encounter any problems with your ReadyCashCard, you must inform us immediately by e-mail (email@example.com).
5. Right to Refund Balance
You can always make a request to refund the remaining amount on your ReadyCashCard. For this, you can make your return request via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to be able to return the amount remaining in your balance, you first need to transfer the serial number of your ReadyCashCard, the amount remaining in your ReadyCashCard, your full name, your e-mail address and contact phone, the legible copy of your picture ID, and the legible copy of your ReadyCashCard. you need to provide your account information. In order for us to comply with our legal obligations, we may ask you to provide us with some other information before we process your balance refund request. The Balance Return Fee will apply in the following cases:
• If a refund is requested before the contract expires
• If a refund is requested after more than one year has passed since the contract expired.
6.1 Subject to Section 5, you have the right to terminate the contract at any time, at any time, within 14 days from the purchase of a ReadyCashCard or at the earliest 12 months from the date of purchase of the ReadyCashCard. In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you also have the right to terminate the contract for the duration of the contract, and you can request a refund of the remaining balance on your ReadyCashCard per Section 5.
6.2 If you cancel a ReadyCashCard, that ReadyCashCard will be blocked the next working day (Monday to Friday) so that it will not be used. You will not be entitled to a refund of the money you have spent on products and services.
6.3 If you cancel a ReadyCashCard, you will be reimbursed for the unused amount remaining after all transaction and applicable fees in accordance with Section 5 above have been charged.
6.4 If we suspect any fraud or misuse regarding the use of ReadyCashCard, if we have other security concerns or if we comply with the law, we may block or cancel the ReadyCashCard and terminate the agreement between us. If you contact us and believe that these conditions will not continue, you will receive a new ReadyCashCard. If the amount of ReadyCashCard of the newly prepared ReadyCashCard is higher than the balance of the problematic ReadyCashCard, you need to pay us extra to close the gap.
7.1 ReadyCashCard is issued in TL. Payments made in another currency for products / services are converted into TL at the exchange rate applied on the date of the transaction. The exchange rates to be applied are published on our Website (Weblink: http://www.readycashcard.com/exchange) every day and displayed during the payment process. The exchange rate used and the amount to be overdue are also shown during the transaction.
7.2 For each cross currency transaction in which one of the currencies is EURO (the currency in the Online Store is not the same as that of the ReadyCashCard), a general exchange rate surcharge of 4% of the transaction amount is applied. However, in cross currency transactions where one of the currencies is not EURO, a general exchange rate surcharge of 6% of the transaction amount is applied.
8. Required Care, Security and Card Number Retention
8.1 You must keep the card number of your ReadyCashCard in a safe place and protect it from unauthorized access by third parties. Do not give the card number to any third party without permission.
8.2 If you lose your ReadyCashCard, it will not be replaced with a new one.
8.3 Please be aware that if your ReadyCashCard is lost or stolen, you may lose all or part of the money on your ReadyCashCard.
8.4 If you believe there is an irregularity in any ReadyCashCard transaction, please notify us as soon as possible but provided that it has not been 13 months since the date of the transaction in question. If you believe your ReadyCashCard has been stolen, you should notify us immediately. In either case, you must contact us by phone number on our homepage or by e-mail (email@example.com) to block the remaining balance on the ReadyCashCard. You must provide the card number to us so that we can block ReadyCashCard. For a ReadyCashCard to be successfully blocked, it may take up to one working day from the moment of notification to the abuse / theft incident.
8.5 Unless we have any suspicion of fraud, intentional or negligent behavior regarding you and your request is made within the time specified in clause 8.4 above, a new ReadyCashCard will be issued for the amount subject to our investigation.
8.6 Before giving you a new ReadyCashCard, you need to provide us with evidence that the stolen / exploited ReadyCashCard has been purchased. In the case of a stolen ReadyCashCard, you may also need to provide us with the crime tracking number issued by the police or information about the report. Any difference between the Card Amount of the blocked ReadyCashCard and the newly edited ReadyCashCard Card Value is covered by you.

10. Disputes with Sellers
10.1 If you have any disputes about your purchases with the ReadyCashCard, you should resolve this with the Online Store. With ReadyCashCard, we are not responsible for the products and services you purchase in terms of quality, safety, compliance with law and any other aspect.
10.2 Please note that when you use your ReadyCashCard for any purchase, we cannot stop it.
11.1 If you are affected by any situation caused by our defect, we will only be liable for losses that we have caused directly, up to the maximum balance on your ReadyCashCard and other losses (for example, loss of reputation).
11.2 If you have acted fraudulently or are not using ReadyCashCard in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for any losses you may incur at ReadyCashCard. If you act without reasonable care, you will also be liable if you suffer a loss.
11.3 We do not accept any liability or liability for any Online Store to refuse or fail to confirm a transaction on the ReadyCashCard.
11.4 We are not responsible for any force majeure, turmoil, war, natural disaster, or any loss you may experience for other reasons we do not have.
11.5 We do not guarantee that the ReadyCashCard system, and especially Dealers and Online Shops, will be available on an ongoing basis.
12. Data Protection
We do not collect any personal data when you purchase or use a ReadyCashCard from any Dealer. Personal data is collected only when you share it on our Website.
13. Transfer of Contractual Relations
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another company at any time, provided that we have notified you at least 1 month prior to a notice on our Website. If assigned, no rights will be affected. In this case, you have the right to appeal within 1 month and terminate the contract between us immediately. For more detailed information, please consult Chapter 6 (Termination). In the presence of these conditions, no Balance Return Fee will be requested from you.
14. Applicable Law
TRNC Courts are authorized for the legal proceedings that may occur between us in these Terms and Conditions. All the Communication between us will be in Turkish.
